Tyler Sturgill
Founder/Executive Chef
Nibble This! Catering was founded by Tyler Sturgill in 2021 with a vision to create customized menus and memorable experiences for every client. In 2024, Tyler joined forces with his business partner, Alyssia De Marco, to launch Sip This! Private Bartending.
A native of Sacramento, CA, Tyler unearthed his culinary passion at a young age. He graduated with honors from the Art Institute of California - Sacramento in 2009, earning degrees in culinary arts and business management. In pursuit of his culinary dreams, he moved to Chicago in 2013. In 2020, Tyler returned to culinary school and graduated with distinction from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, adding another degree in business management to his credentials. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he is dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences for each client and uniting people through exquisite food and beverages
Alyssia De Marco
Co-Founder/Expert Mixologist
Co-Founder of Sip This! Private Bartending, Alyssia hails from Chicago and has amassed over 20 years in the service industry. She has honed her skills at some of the finest restaurants in downtown Chicago, with her passion shining through in the cocktails she crafts. Alyssia specializes in blending unique flavors with the freshest ingredients to create specialty cocktails tailored specifically for your event. She takes great pride in her standing as a premier provider of outstanding bartending services in the Chicagoland area. With her extensive industry expertise, exceptional craftsmanship, and steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction, she has established herself as the preferred choice for all your bartending needs.

Anna joined Nibble This! in 2023 as an operating partner alongside her business partner, Tyler. A Chicago native, Anna brings extensive hospitality experience and a deep passion for delivering seamless, elevated guest experiences.
She oversees the financial operations of the business, ensuring each event is thoughtfully planned and executed with precision from start to finish.
